If you have a Tesla beware. The worker Mike is extremely disrespectful, passive aggressive, and angry with his customers. I went in there asking if they did Tesla tire patches and they claim they did… only to find out they raise the car incorrectly which damages a $20,000 battery. After explaining to them that I have the extra part and can give it to them to properly raise it.. He started yelling and saying he won’t do it and threw us out of his shop. He always told me to be quiet since this is a “Tesla and not a Ferrari”… I guess some people simply don’t care if they destroy others cars and have no form of respect to even have a job there. DO NOT go to Muffler Plus and AVOID MIKE at all costs unless you want him to do a passive aggressive quick job that can cost you your entire car. 0/0 EXPERIENCE.. 0 customer service.. and 0 Understanding of how cars function in 2023..

Took my 55 Chevy too Robert to install some old school glasspack mufflers. He did an excellent job, his welding job is the best, no clumps and no leaks.

Both times I have been to him, he quickly and clearly informed me of the problem, and provided honest solutions. His level of experience is priceless, a true professional. Honestly I don’t know why everyone is giving this business a hard time or 1 star, I’d recommend to any friend of mine any day, I got a muffler delete and I was sketched out at first but then he did it was very professional with it, nice guy really, had some laughs, it was a very enjoyable experience and I’d come back again for my second car. I promise whatever your coming to do here, you won’t regret it, great price

Robert is a good man and will work with you on price. He is very experienced and knowledgeable and fair. He gave me great advice and honest opinion but ultimately allowed me to decide for myself . Overall I appreciated the quality work and expert craftsmanship.. will be back for sure
